I have an extensive cooking book collection ranging from the beloved Mrs Beeton through to her modern über- goddess equivalent, Nigella Lawson. I can't imagine anyone needs encouragement to buy a Nigella book, so I have included here a list of books that have influenced my cooking, kitchen garden and home.
