Published in 1974 (the year I was born) this book is another gem that I think deserves a great deal more credit than it gets.  It is impossible to grow up in Australia without eating Margaret Fulton recipes at some point, all of her books are worth tracking down.  She is knowledgeable, practical, generous and honest all wonderful characteristics. I love her style of writing and the words that accompany her food.  Some the pictures in this edition are a little scary, however many of the recipes are as relevant today as they were (ah-hem) 21 years ago...
